Happy Birthday Anna!

Saturday was Anna's 7th birthday! I can't believe how grown up she is!

Anna loves playing outside: in the woods, riding bikes, in the mud, water fights, jump roping...anything!

She also loves reading books, playing with friends, American Girl dolls and art!

We are so lucky to have our smart, intuitive daughter who brings us joy each and everyday. I asked her a few questions the other day, and I plan to ask her each year on her birthday...it should be fun to watch how the answers change!

Poor little thing felt horrible Saturday. We had plans to go rollerskating and then have her favorite dinner with cake for dessert with her friend Emily followed by a sleepover! She was so excited, but on the way home from rollerskating we knew something was wrong. We got home and realized she had a fever...devastation followed, but we are rescheduling the sleepover for sometime soon! We ended up having her steak dinner and cake Sunday night after her fever broke. She finally opened her gifts...poor little girl didn't even want to do that on her birthday! She loved everything and had so much fun playing today...as a big 7 year old...still can't believe it! Seven just sounds TOO old...

Sorry to hear she wasn't feeling well. And those are great questions - I might just have to use those on my kids!
