Anna is 9!

Anna turned 9 on Monday!  I can hardly believe it.  In so many ways it seems like just yesterday that I was pregnant in Tokyo, we moved home and had Anna.  In other ways, we have had so many fun memories that I can hardly remember a time before our sweet girl.  

We are so lucky to have our kind, helpful, loving daughter.  Anna loves singing and dancing (broadway bound style).  She also enjoys swim team and LOVES playing with her friends.  Lately, she has been enjoying the gorgeous weather with lemonade stands and her new ripstik.  Anna is such a hard worker at school and we couldn't be more proud.  She loves books and asked for me to find her some new book series to start for her birthday!  She is also actively planning a book club for her friends for the summer.
