Happy Birthday Daddy!

Thursday was Chad's birthday! We had a fun breakfast with muffins that Anna and I made. We put a candle in Chad's and everyone helped to blow it out! We had a fun lunch out, and then we had a nice dinner at home. Anna LOVES birthdays and gets really excited getting everything ready. Henry loved the cupcakes with diego on top. Anyways, we had a fun day celebrating with our favorite guy! We love you! :)

Playdate with Anna's friends

We had a playdate this weekend with some friends of Anna's that have moved to Dallas. They had a ball! We stayed at the park for about 3 1/2 hours! We all miss the Starks! :(

Henry's Cowboy Party

We had Henry's rescheduled horse/cowboy party this past weekend! It was a gorgeous day here, and we were so thankful! Everyone had a fun time! I think that poor little Henry is still tired out! Here are a few of the highlights!

Here's the birthday boy! We had hats and bandanas, but he wasn't interested...

Britney and Silas

Digging in the hay for treasures!

Henry found a pink maraca and gave it to Augusta Grace!

Ride 'em, cowboy!

After his bath, he loved playing with his new toys.

One more present...another pair of boots! Yea!

Dog Rescue!

Thursday night we met Chad at a restaurant near his office. As we left, we saw a sweet old lab that was in the parking lot. He didn't have tags, and we couldn't bear to leave him so we took him home. We were able to find his owner Friday morning and he was safely returned. In the short time we had him in our backyard, Henry fell in LOVE. He cried for hours after Chad took him back.

Luke (we called him buddy)

Happy Halloween!

We had a great Halloween weekend! Anna finally made it back to school Friday for her party there. We trick or treated at Chad's office Friday afternoon, and then we went on our street Saturday night. I wasn't able to get any good pics Saturday night because I don't think that I had the flash set up correctly, but that is ok! Henry did not want to dress up at all. Friday, all he wanted to wear was his t-shirt and UGG boots. Nice! We at least got a pair of pants on him, but he wouldn't put on his superman or Thomas costume. Saturday, I decided to just put him in boots, jeans and a checked shirt to be a cowboy. He wouldn't wear that either. We ended up in the jeans, boots and at least a hat! Anna was Ariel on Friday with all kinds of accessories (she called herself fancy ariel), and she was Snow White on Saturday! Her sweet friend, Lilly, came to trick or treat with us! We all had a great time.
Our pumpkins this year! Mickey and Minnie

Anna loved pulling out the "gooey stuff"

The kids at our neighbor's house! Henry loved the flashlights and glo-sticks!

Cute pics...

Here is one of Anna from ballet last week(before the sickness began) and one of Henry leaving for speech this morning! They are getting so big!

Henry's Choo Choo cake!

To make a long story short...Henry was supposed to have his cowboy/horse party this past weekend, but Anna has been SO sick with a virus that we had to postpone it. She is getting better now, but this is our first day fever free in a long time! Good thing Henry is only 2, and he didn't know the difference. Besides horses, Henry's other great love is Thomas the choo choo, and so Chad made a great train cake for him at the last minute! Henry loved it...you can tell by the pics. We have been in our pajamas for days, and poor Henry was still in them for cake time. I guess it was better since he made such a mess! We will have his party again on November 7. Hopefully, everyone will be well by then!

I am NOT done with cake!
