Cute pics...

Here is one of Anna from ballet last week(before the sickness began) and one of Henry leaving for speech this morning! They are getting so big!

Henry's Choo Choo cake!

To make a long story short...Henry was supposed to have his cowboy/horse party this past weekend, but Anna has been SO sick with a virus that we had to postpone it. She is getting better now, but this is our first day fever free in a long time! Good thing Henry is only 2, and he didn't know the difference. Besides horses, Henry's other great love is Thomas the choo choo, and so Chad made a great train cake for him at the last minute! Henry loved it...you can tell by the pics. We have been in our pajamas for days, and poor Henry was still in them for cake time. I guess it was better since he made such a mess! We will have his party again on November 7. Hopefully, everyone will be well by then!

I am NOT done with cake!

Happy Birthday Henry!

Henry is 2 today! We can't believe it! This morning I thought that I would go in with the camera while I was singing and take his picture. Good thing that I had the camera! I was in for surprise...Henry had taken off his pajama pants and diaper (after doing his business) and thrown it on the floor. Apparently, he had also found a little hole in his pooh bear which he decided to then take out all of the bear's stuffing! LOVELY! I was just thankful that it was stuffing from a bear, not the diaper. Henry was giggling and so thrilled with himself, as if to say, "Welcome to the twos for me, Mommy!"

Henry loves:
His sister and whatever she is doing!
Climbing in Anna's bed
Playing with choo choo trains
Playing rough with Daddy
Snuggling and reading books
Dancing to music...the boy has some moves!
Cars
Puzzles
Playing outside
Anything sweet to eat
Boots...rain boots, UGGS, cowboy boots...whatever he has on!
Spot, Biscuit and Max and Ruby books
His stuffed animals Pooh and the Pug Puppy

Wildwood Pumpkin Patch School Trip

Today we went to Wildwood for Anna's school trip! It was so beautiful out there with the changing of the leaves, and the fact that we didn't have any rain was fabulous! Anna has so much fun with her friends and teacher, Ms. Cindy! I love visiting with the moms as well. It was a great morning!

Arkansas State Fair

This weekend we went to the AR state fair. It was so fun! We met some friends there, and Anna loved riding with her friend, Lilly. There were also two sweet boys from Anna's school that we played with. They all walked around holding hands! It was the cutest thing. Anna, Lilly, Henry and Chad rode every ride they could for about 4 hours! Henry was in love with the rides! I was so surprised! :)

Henry thought he was SO cool on this ride!

Anna felt SO cool in her big girl outfit...would you believe that this was her first time to wear blue jeans?

This was a ride that ended with a slide. It was like a maze going to the top! Chad was a trooper and did it with all of the kids! What you cannot see is the HUGE group of children behind Chad and Henry on the tube slide!

Corn dog dinner! Anna didn't like all of the noise in the background. I think that it was monster trucks! CLASSY! :)

Our Anniversary

Monday was also our anniversary! We have been married for 7 wonderful years. We went out for a fun dinner Sunday night at our favorite Mexican restaurant in Houston, and Monday we spent with the kids and my mom in Kemah. They had a ball riding the carousel, choo choo and feeding fish. We flew back on Monday night, and hopefully this weekend we will have a nice dinner as well.

Nanny and Grandpa's Birthday

This past weekend we went to Galveston to celebrate Nanny and Grandpa's birthday. It was a lot of fun staying all together at a beach house. Anna and Henry enjoyed the beach, the beach club pool (for about 5 minutes before the rain came), and visiting with everyone. Anna was very interested in her twin cousins, and she was a great little helper for them. The weather wasn't the best, but the company was! I wish that I had a picture of everyone, but we did get some great ones from my friend who is a professional photographer!

Happy birthday Nanny and Grandpa!
